SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via Aramex. All our products ship from Dubai to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location.

CUSTOMS
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. ALERA FASHION is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

CASH ON DELIVERY:
Cash On Delivery payment is only available in UAE.
